
Dr. Tripathi graduated from Amherst College with a degree in Anthropology, and taught for a year with the program City Year in New York City between college and medical school. She attended medical school at Virginia Commonwealth University in Richmond, Virginia, where she participated in a curriculum specifically designed for physicians interested in barriers to healthcare and medically underserved populations.
She completed her residency at Massachusetts General Hospital for Children, where she was involved in several research projects and local advocacy work. She became a Certified Lactation Counselor.
She lives in Waltham with her husband and two young children, and loves reading and being outside.
